Grand Opening of CEMV’s Third Manufacturing Plant
On September 6, 2025, CONCEPT EYEWEAR MANUFACTURE VIET NAM (CEMV) held a solemn ceremony to celebrate the completion of its newest production facility in Vietnam, marking the occasion with great joy and dignity.
The ceremony was attended by investor representatives, members of the executive team, and key staff of CEMV.
This opening ceremony not only marks the launch of the state-of-the-art new facility, but also stands as a testament to CEMV’s vision, its commitment to sustainable development, and its long-term dedication to delivering high-quality products and services.
Representing ESTELLE HOLDINGS, the Japanese investor in CEMV—a joint venture between Japan and Hong Kong—Mr. Masashi Maruyama expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the members of CEMHK, the Hong Kong-side investor, the management team of CEMV, and all employees for their unwavering dedication and continuous efforts. He emphasized that it is precisely this strong partnership and spirit of collaboration that has been the driving force behind CEMV’s remarkable growth and success.
Mr. Ben Kwok, representing CEMHK—the Hong Kong-side investor—shared insights into technological innovations in the production line. He stated that by enhancing production capacity and output, CEMV will be able to deliver even higher-quality products and services to its customers. He emphasized that this is a key factor in ensuring the company’s sustainable growth in the future.
The ribbon-cutting ceremony marked the official launch of the new factory.
Hironori Hanayoshi, Administrative Director at CEMV, emphasized that CEMV’s current success is the result of precise guidance from both investors and the united efforts of the administration team, production team, and all employees—working together across differences in culture, mindset, and language. He further pledged that CEMV will continue to produce even higher-quality products to meet the trust and expectations of its customers.
Hong Liang Xu, Production Director at CEMV, outlined the company’s direction toward expanding the global reach of its products. According to his analysis, significant progress has been made in productivity and operational efficiency, driven by improvements in equipment and machinery, enhancements to the working environment, and the continuous development of the company’s corporate culture.
